Studies the historical and philosophical foundations of health, physical education and recreation. Emphasis will be placed on the individual’s area of concentration. This will include professional characteristics, qualifications, abilities and future employment. A practicum is required for this class. Membership in the Student Professional Association of Georgia Educators (SPAGE) is recommended.
